Product Delivery Charges

Dear Customers,

In order to make Product Delivery more convenient for our esteemed customers, GMI has teamed up with FedEx to deliver the product right at the customer’s door step. Being in league with FedEx ensures product security and swift delivery with absolutely no hassle.

From June 21st 2010 and forth, the price of GMI Watches and Classic Pens will be USD 70 exclusive of delivery charges and will be delivered free of cost in most of the regions via GMI service centers and authorized agents. Customers who have redeemed their product prior to June 21st 2010 will not have to pay additional delivery charges and their product will be delivered for the same amount they signed up for.

However, customers from countries where product delivery is not taking place through GMI service centre or an authorized agent will get their redeemed products delivered right at their door steps via FedEx courier with the minimal charges of USD 10 to USD 15 depending on the courier tariff for their territory. To avoid any payment confusion, the delivery charges won’t be paid upfront by the customer, but instead will be deducted from the first commission earned by the valuable customer from their Gold Commission Bank.

Precise mailing address, Telephone number and the Mobile number would be the only requirement, and the product will be delivered to the customer within 2-3 weeks of the claim. In case of door to door delivery service made via FedEx, if a product gets returned back to GMI due to a wrong or insufficient mailing address or incorrect phone number, the customer will have to pay an additional USD 25 to USD 35 (depending on the region) if he or she re-orders the product.
