Putting this marvelous notion at the core of its functionality; GMI urges a customer to introduce another customer to the GMI family. By doing so, the referrer gets entitled to the Direct Introductory Commission. As the new customer strives to reciprocate his or her referrer, Direct Introductory Commission is granted to him or her but the original referrer also earns a Gold Step Commission. This cycle continues and every customer helps his or her referrer earn more while earning a handsome amount at the same time. This, of course is done in a balanced and systematic way under the set of rules and regulations prescribed by GMI and the customer keeps on earning till posterity. In order for this prosperity cycle to be more accurate, precise and rewarding, the customer is given a virtual tree whose left and right sides are what he or she needs to balance by introducing customers according to the Gold Reward Plan customer has signed up for. Thus every customer benefits from each other this way.
This does sound fascinating but when it comes to setting up one’s own business; the question that puts a frown on every brow is: “what will be the initial capital to start such a lucrative business?” and this is where GMI shines. At an initial investment of US$ 60-300 depending on the Gold Reward Plan a customer chooses, GMI is ready to change the life of its worthy customer. And what makes GMI more attractive is that it’s not a region locked business opportunity. A customer can refer another customer living in across half the world just by making a few clicks on his home computer. GMI is all set to change the way people think about jobs. How To Take Your First Step ?
In order to become a part of GMI, a customer needs to be introduced into GMI by someone who is already an owner of a GMI Gold Account. Once introduced, the new customer can set up his or her own Gold Account. That’s pretty much it and now the customer is ready to start his business without getting entangled in any cumbersome or daunting registration process.
By opting to start with any gold plan (2/2, 3/3 Advance, 3/3 Basic Plan), an equivalent amount of Gold EC Voucher will be transferred to the customers GEC Vouchers statement in order for the customer to redeem his or her Gold Coin later on. On accumulation of requisite amount of GVs equal to the Gold Value, system will automatically redeem the customers first Gold Coin. Gold EC Vouchers will be considered as expired if not consumed within ten years from the date of joining.

Upon choosing the desired GEC Payment Plan, the customer will be generated a virtual Gold Account that can be accessed from this website. A Gold Account is the customer’s virtual office from which he or she can manage GMI business without getting involved in any paper work. Each GA is reserved up to 15 GC (Gold Center) directly attached to one another. They can be activated one by one up to 15 Gold Center (GC) e.g. 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006 and 007 and so on up to 015.
Please note that GMI discourage customers to take more than one Gold Account, however customers may increase their headers to 15 at later stage. Violation of this rule is against GMI’s Terms and Conditions that the customer agrees upon at the time of signing up and will result in permanent cancellation of their all related accounts
The payment for the customer’s chosen plan results the activation of GC 001. Each GC can be activated by paying any of the GEC Payment Plans amount in cash or deduction from the customer’s earned commissions. 15 GC Headers are allowed per Gold Account so that you are able to earn 15times more income, as well as the opportunity to collect a multitude of fabulous GMI products.
Now about the business. After the initialization of his or her Gold Account, the customer can start referring GMI to other potential customers and sign them up if they wish to join GMI. The new customer that’s being singed in has the choice to opt for any of the Gold Plan he or she wished to. Upon the successful introduction of a customer into GMI family, the referrer customer receives Direct Reward Commission (DRC). And upon the completion of a Gold Step, customer receives The Gold Step Commission (GSC).

For every last step of each rotation, GOLD MINE INTERNATIONAL will issue 50 GVs in the customer’s GV Statement against the balance to redeem a gold product.
Each GC has maximum 15 steps (30L/30R) or earnings of US$750 per day. A customer’s potential maximum earnings per week are equivalent to US$5,250 per GC. Each Gold Center will qualify for the 1st gold product at the completion of seventh Rotation depending on the product selected.

All the Gold Reward Programs by GMI are tailored to suite the need and budget of almost every customer. It really doesn't matter which plan our customer chooses to participate because all GMI customers have the opportunity to earn as per their efforts.
Before selecting a Gold Reward Plan for him or herself, the customer must be assured or well informed about the fact that his or her potential customers that will be introduced to GMI on his or her referral can afford the same Gold Reward Plan or not. Even though, a customer can introduce any customer under his or her downline form any Gold Reward Program, it is generally advisable for the referrer to persuade the potential customers to join the same Gold Reward Program he or she currently holds. This way, the referring customer will be able to achieve GMS and the overall management of the tree would be way more convenient.
The general concept of low entry, low returns and high entry with high returns applies here because of the selection of Gold Reward Plans for the customer to participate in. There will definitely be customers participating in the 3/3Basic (US$60) Plan asking why the returns are little or why it takes such a long time. Therefore an explanation about the general entry concept will apply. If they want to have high returns they need to participate in higher entry plan such as 2/2 Gold Plan.
What is Flush Out?
In network marketing, Flush Out or Flushing is a term used to define the maximum sales that can qualify for compensation and be counted in a customer's sales volume over a given period of time. It could be based on a daily basis or a weekly basis. This is used as a tool to hedge the company from over-payment. It works to benefit the company and customers more than anything else.
Gold Motivation Step
Gold Step Motivation is a revolutionary way in the world of network marketing to boost the morale of the customers. In order to spurn the new customers to achieve better results, GMI has introduced another unique system through which the first Gold Step of the first Rotation immediately completes as soon as a new GC has one down liner on left and one on right. Therefore GMI pays the full Gold Step Commission of i.e. US$20, US$40 or US$50 etc (depending on the Gold Reward Program) beside any introduction fee (DRC) which is offered on direct introduction. From next step onward which is step 2 the customer will get his usual Gold Step Completion commission. This privilege is applicable for first rotation only and just a once ever per account to jump start the customers enthusiasm. But in order to qualify for 1/1 Gold Step Commission, at least one customer on either wing has to be directly introduced by the referrer. Note: the customers introduced on either side of the referrer must have taken the same Gold Reward Plan as the referrer in order for the referrer to qualify for GMS.
