Term	Description
Customer(s)	A Customer is any person who has confirmed an order(s) with GMI for the purchase of GMI's product(s). Any written agreement with GMI is considered an authentic and binding legal document. A Customer also agrees to adhere to and abide by GMI's Terms & Conditions.
Direct Reward Commission (DRC)	An incentive for every Customer referred to The Company.
GMI	GMI refers to GOLDMINE INTERNATIONAL, and includes of all its service centers around the world.
Gold Account (GA)	A Gold Account is a requirement for a Customer to receive commissions and/or bonuses from GMI's Gold Reward Program (GRP), and shall be placed in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Gold Reward Program of GMI.
Gold Center (GC)	A Gold Center is a requirement for a GMI to calculate commissions and/or bonuses within the Gold plan.
Gold Bank (GB)	Gold bank is the statement where you can check all of your cash transaction.
Gold Tree (GT)	A report showing you and your organization in levels. You can view your organization through the Special Report Option in Gold Office.
Gold E-Card (GEC)	Cards worth 60, 130, 300 US$, to sign in new customers.
Gold Card Bank (GCB)	Where all your cards detail is sent when you purchase Gold E-Cards online.
Gold Reward Program (GRP)	Gold Mine International's 3 different rewarding Plans.
Gold Voucher (GV)	A Gold Voucher is earned in accordance with the Rules and Regulations governing the Gold Reward Program (GRP). This voucher is strictly for redemption of GMI's products.
Gold ecVoucher (GecV)	A Gold ecVoucher is redeemable for GMI's products and represent an alternative way of purchasing a Gold Coin from GMI.
Gold Motivation Step (GMS)	GMI always believes in providing unique advantages to networkers and new customers, GMS is a part of that. Any customer who introduce one person in their downline on either leg, once its balance on the other leg by him/her or by upliner completes the 1st step which is called GMS. regardless of the plan he/she has joined. This offer is only valid for the 1st step of the 1st rotation.
Golden Team Status (GTS)	Golden Team Status is achieved upon activation of all 60 Gold Centers and receipt of minimum 4 Gold coins.
The Product(s)	The Product(s) refer to products promoted, marketed and sold by GMI as described in the website. Any Gold Coin product manually redeem costs 10% Extra, Customers are only eligible for one standard and one Zodiac coin for auto redemption.
The Company	The Company refers to GOLDMINE INTERNATIONAL , inclusive of all its service centers around the world.
The Management	The Management is inclusive of GMI official employees, directors and consultants who are officially involved in GMI's daily operations.
